Design a Christmas Light Competition
Calling all young artists! Now’s your chance to enter Discover Welling’s 2025 design a Christmas light competition! The winning design will be made into a real Christmas light and be put up on a lamp post in Welling Town Centre over the Christmas period.
The competition is open to all school aged children who either live or attend a school located in Welling.
When creating your design, please keep it simple and use no more than 4 colours to make it suitable for putting on a lamppost. We will accept both digital and hand-drawn designs.
If sending entries as a school group, please put the child’s first name, class and school on the back of the drawing and if sending individually, please include contact details.
Please either email your finished creation or drop into Welling library by Sunday 12th October 2025.
The winning entry will be chosen in mid-October so it can be made in time for Welling Sparkle on Sunday 16th November 2025.
